چکیده
Abstract The at meant of waste water from hexavalent chromium ions with calcium per oxide CaO 2 was investigated. This product is obtained soda ash production waste. Clarified part still suspension (distillation suspension) contains chloride and sodium chloride. process producing peroxide based on the interaction solutions hydroxide. A two-step (reagent) method purification proposed. first stage reagent consists in reducing (conversion) toxic to a less dangerous trivalent chromium, second - converting an insoluble state (into hydroxide). conversion (reduction) Cr6+ Cr3+ carried out using as reagent. Reductionis acidic medium, precipitate form hydroxide (Cr(OH) 3 ) neutralized neutralizer Ca(OH) . wastewater treatment can be effective small medium production, especially absence general facilities.

Use of Sawdust of Aspen Tree for the Removal of Chromium (VI) from Aqueous Solution
Adsorption capacity of Cr (VI) onto sawdust of aspen tree and activated sawdust, was investigated in a batch system by considering the effects of various parameters like contact time, initial concentration, pH , temperature, agitation speed, absorbent dose and particle size. Cr (VI) removal is pH dependent and caused to be maximum at pH 2.0. The amounts of Cr(VI) adsorbed increased with increas...

A kinetic study of the decomposition of pyridine chromium peroxide with methanol, ethanol, propanol and isopropanol has been made over the temperature range 25 to 40°C. It is found that the ligand exchange stage is the rate determining step in the oxidation process. The activation parameters E , ?H‡ and ?S‡ for the reactions are determined. It is believed that the peroxide linkage is primaril...
متن کاملRemoval of Chromium (VI) in Tannery Wastewater by Bacillus cereus
Bacillus cereus was used to remove Cr(VI) in tannery wastewater containing medium at different initial Cr(VI) concentration, temperature, pH and biomass to get better conditions. At the optimum condition, the Cr(VI) in tannery wastewater was treated by each component of the cells to detect the capacity of the components for the Cr(VI) reduction. Also, the Bacillus cereus was continuous cultured...
